SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All shipping and delivery times provided by Sleep Systems are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times within Australia are generally between 7-14 business days, however delays may occur.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs processing

  • weather conditions

  • supply chain disruptions

  • high shipping volumes

  • public holidays

  • events outside our reasonable control

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Sleep Systems is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility passes to the carrier. Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled orders.

Customers may contact support@sleepsystems.rest regarding shipping concerns and we may assist on a case-by-case basis; however, Sleep Systems does not guarantee refunds or replacements for carrier-related delivery issues.

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or related charges imposed by local authorities.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are considered final unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or materially incorrect.

Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, Sleep Systems does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • opened bedding products

  • used products

  • change of mind

  • buyer’s remorse

  • subjective comfort preferences

  • perceived cooling differences

  • sleep quality expectations

Customers must contact support@sleepsystems.rest within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged product claims.

Claims must include:

  • video evidence of the issue

  • order number

  • description of the defect or damage

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.

Refunds, replacements, or resolutions are determined solely at the discretion of Sleep Systems following review of the submitted evidence.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • customs delays

  • dissatisfaction arising from subjective comfort preferences, firmness perception, cooling perception, or sleep quality expectations

Use of our products and services is at the customer’s own risk.

SECTION 13 - CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PREVENTION

Customers agree to contact Sleep Systems at support@sleepsystems.rest before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, abuse of refund policies, or attempts to obtain products dishonestly may be disputed using evidence including:

  • tracking confirmation

  • delivery confirmation

  • customer communications

  • IP address records

  • fraud detection systems

We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers suspected of fraudulent activity.
