Welcome to Sleep Systems. We are committed to providing transparent and reliable shipping for all orders within Australia.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, holidays, or unexpected supply chain disruptions, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified where reasonably possible if significant delays occur.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to rapid order processing and fulfillment procedures.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within Australia are:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

While most orders arrive within this estimated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally extend up to 3 weeks during periods of high demand, carrier delays, severe weather conditions, customs processing, or other logistical disruptions.

All shipping timeframes provided by Sleep Systems are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • customer location

  • carrier performance

  • seasonal demand

  • public holidays

  • remote delivery regions

  • customs processing

  • external logistical conditions outside our control

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after shipment depending on carrier processing times.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates after dispatch.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled using trusted domestic and international shipping partners depending on logistics availability and destination requirements.

Carrier selection may vary for each order without notice.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.

Sleep Systems is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Support@sleepsystems.rest immediately. While we will attempt to assist before dispatch, we cannot guarantee address modifications after an order has been processed.

If a package is returned due to incorrect customer-provided shipping details, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • high order volumes

  • carrier disruptions

  • customs inspections

  • weather events

  • public holidays

  • labor disruptions

  • transportation interruptions

  • supply chain disruptions

Sleep Systems is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact Support@sleepsystems.rest and we may assist in initiating a carrier investigation where applicable.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled orders.

Sleep Systems is not responsible for:

  • lost packages after confirmed delivery

  • stolen packages after delivery

  • carrier delivery errors after confirmed delivery

  • incorrect delivery locations resulting from customer-entered address errors

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Risk of Loss

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

Customers assume responsibility for submitted shipping information and delivery accessibility at the provided address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Sleep Systems currently ships primarily within Australia.

For any future international shipments, customers are solely responsible for:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • VAT

  • brokerage fees

  • handling fees

  • other government-imposed charges

Failure to pay required customs fees may result in shipment delays, returns, or abandonment for which Sleep Systems is not responsible.

Fraud Prevention

Sleep Systems reserves the right to:

  • hold shipments for additional verification

  • cancel suspicious orders

  • refuse service

  • limit quantities purchased

where fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, or suspicious purchasing behavior is suspected.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
