Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified where reasonably possible if significant delays occur.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Sleep Systems is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied by the customer.
If an address error is identified, customers should contact Support@sleepsystems.rest immediately. While we may attempt to assist prior to dispatch, address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment processing has begun.
Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or reshipped packages resulting from customer address errors.
Delayed Shipments
Sleep Systems is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled orders.

Refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered are not guaranteed and are handled solely at our discretion.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Sleep Systems currently ships primarily within Australia.
For any international orders, customers are solely responsible for:
